We are a distributed team, working together on Slack, Trello and Google Apps.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a talented and detail oriented customer support specialist. As customer support specialist, you’ll be answering emails, phone calls and online chats for TRNDlabs’ customers. You are the expert on everything TRNDlabs, you know all there is to know about our products. You’ll be troubleshooting customer questions, issues and complaints, making sure our customers leave every interaction with a smile. You will be the friendly voice of our brand and will be responsible for turning any potential disappointment – anything that did not go as planned – into a great customer-experience.

We have a small team, so you won’t be one of dozens. You’ll be one of a few, so your impact will be felt inside and outside the company. You’ll help us see things we haven’t seen before, consider things we’ve never considered before, and bring fresh perspective to our team. Brighten us up and put a big smile on our customers’ faces.

ABOUT YOU

We need a detail-oriented, lover of all things gadget-related to join our customer support team.

You are the eyes and ears of our brand; you quantify your experience in weekly reports and inform and advise the other team members accordingly.

If you are quirky, energetic, and original with a desire to make customers smile, this is an amazing opportunity for you! We’re small, so you can make a big impact with us.

  • Have a flexible schedule and a willingness to work non-traditional hours.
  • Available for at least 20 hours per week equally divided over the week & 1 hour a week available for meetings.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Any other language is a plus.
  • Have customer support or assistant experience. E-commerce or retail experience is a plus.
  • A reputation for hard work and dedication to the team.
  • A love for bringing joy to others!
