If your parcel is missing any item of you ordered, it is likely caused by shipping your items separately.
The reason for this might be:
- – The item is temporarily out of stock
- – The items that you already received could be shipped faster than the rest from a different warehouse location.
When your items are shipped in several shipments, we notify you via email.*
