What can I do if I’ve received a different item than the one I ordered?

We do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible. If you notice the parcel does not include the items you paid for, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible here.

Your shipment may have been split into two shipments to deliver certain items to you faster. In this case, we would have sent you an email informing you about the shipments. If you cannot find such communication from us in your inbox, contact us and we’ll let you know where the missing items are.
