I can’t pair my VENTURA Headphones / FRANKLIN Headphones to my cellphone and computer. Is it broken?

Actually your headphones are not broken, just follow these steps:

Please first make sure the headphones are fully charged. Check if the batteries of the controller are powered enough. Always use fresh batteries for the controller. 

After that, press the multifunctional button until the device name shows up in the bluetooth devices list on your phone/tablet/computer. Make sure it’s turned off at first, then keep holding the button until it shows up, it might take a little bit longer than expected.
